How to I get to China Town on the Train?

Okay, tomorrow me and a couple of my friends are planning on taking a trip to china town. I have never been on a train before, and my other friends have no way of telling me which train to get on and at what time. We will be departing from the Joliet Metra Station on Jefferson. I don't know how to look up times or know which train to get on and how much it will cost. Please, SOMEONE help. And don't just give me a link, I've been to the website before and I have no idea what to do once I'm there. So again, someone, please help?
