Why do we elect jellyfish?

Instead of real men to office? Many of these mama's boys have not even served in the armed forces and want more war at our expense! Dick Cheney is a prime example of a spineless corporate whore jellyfish~how many more are lurking in congress or just waiting to be appointed to some important position by some well-connected politician? I served twenty years but their sh!t stinks more with each passing day now as I listen to non-mainstream media and gain understanding of how they REALLY see their constituents~What do you think?
