Was the heckler a plant or an angry Weiner constituent?

It is a Howard Stern staff member I think it was Benji that said that too. I'm not sure but no one else would have said something like that. I like how he asked about his penis size though, but surely his is well over 7 inches. Probably 8 1/2 or 9 inches.
