In Quantum Mechanics, Is decoherence a reversible process?

In Quantum Mechanics, when measuring the "superposed" quantum state (which is a combination of constituent quantum states) of a particle, all physical possibilities of the quantum state is reduced to one single possibility (superposition ceases) in other words, decoherence occurs, is it possible for the particle to regain the quantum nature ( superposition) after measurement???
