My Congressman won't reply to my letters?

I have sent him to emails on his government contact page on an upcoming bill and he has ignored both. I voted for him on election day and am one of his constituents. Can someone please tell me the best course of action in this case please so as to get the attention I deserve as a tax paying constituent? Thank you for your feedback!
