Wet dream or raped by a demon?

ok so this might sound weird but afew night ago i had a dream where i was having sex with the ncie girl who works at the local petrol station, i could actually feel it but woke up disapointed, tried to fall asleep again to finish the job but was too late. I asked someone what was this about and they said it was what you call a wet dream, someone else told me that i was raped by a demon or in my language (jinn). Also today morning i was half asleep and my body froze, i could feel some sort of weight or pressure holding me, first i tried to fight it back but i could not move at all, only my eyes, i could only see my mobile phone which for reason i was extremely terrified to look at, it looked scary to me, looked like a scary version of my granny, then the pressure went and i was sweating all over. The same friend told me its something to do with brain and described it as sleep paralysis (old hag syndrome), someone else told me that it happens either if i ate something dodgy before going to bed or that it could have been some sort of demon sitting on my chest, she said it happened to her and she could see an old lady figure smiling at her. wtf is this supposed to be? please dont send me link becuase i dont like reading huge articles, just explain in simply (both scientific reason and religious reason).
