Not e thats bulls. not d cuz they really arent overpaid/overworked. AND ARE NOT INEFFECTIVE. Not c cuz not all of them pull through. So between A and B..hm..I would say B. definitely. It can't be A because that's just one big stereotype. As long as your smart, and have some form of law degree its not that hard to be a congressmen. Its harder to be a senator. So..B
