Why are so many Obamacare waivers being issued to the constituents of influential Democrats?

I thought liberal supporters were hippies, unemployed, or illegal. So now suddenly companies are liberal supporters. Lol! Let's be fair, the law doesn't start for like5 yes, it's in court, and it needs some fixes.
